Tell us about yourself and the nature of your work
My name is Monique Sarup, and I am the Client Relations Manager at Dean Publishing and Production. My primary responsibilities involve supporting authors throughout their journey, from writing, designing, and publishing their books to marketing and attracting readers.
What challenges did you face before using Kotobee?
Since our commitment to supporting authors extends beyond book publication, we discovered that many of our clients struggle to connect with readers after they’ve purchased their books. Unfortunately, there was no way to keep these readers informed about future books or upcoming works and events by our clients.
