This mini-app allows your users to write and save notes. The scratchpad is easily accessible for your users from inside any chapter. It is ideal for ebooks with course material where users may want to take notes inside the ebook. The notes will then be saved locally or on the cloud.

Customizing this Mini-app

For each mini-app that you add, you may create and select different customizations, that will make this mini-app act differently. Through customizations you may also choose different styles, like a different background color or image.

You can do all the customization from the browser or from within Kotobee Author. For more details on how to do it, please visit this support article.

Requirements

This mini-app offers the option to store users' data locally on the device or on the cloud. In case the cloud option is chosen, the mini-app needs to be opened from a private cloud ebook or library. Otherwise, the user's data will be stored locally on the device.
