The Challenge
Tell us about yourself and the nature of your work
I am Nunda Stephen, I work as a 2D/3D graphic designer and the lead designer at GAP Management Institute. I focus on developing the company’s brand infrastructure and ensuring that our mission and vision are clearly represented.
What challenges did you face before using Kotobee?
Prior to using Kotobe, I had to design almost every interface and navigation element from scratch. I used to create them in Adobe and then export the designs. However, distributing the content securely on a large scale was still a major challenge.
What potential solutions did you explore that didn't work out?
I considered using Adobe, but it was limited in terms of flexibility. Moreover, it wasn’t the best tool for secure mass distribution of content, and the whole process took a lot of time. Overall, it wasn’t an efficient solution for us.

The Solution
How did you hear about Kotobee?
I was first introduced to Kotobee by a close business partner at Learn Scape Africa.
What drove you to choose Kotobee?
After watching one of Kotobee’s videos and exploring some ebook samples, I was impressed by its capabilities. What stood out to me were the intuitive interface, smooth navigation, and practical features like notes, bookmarks, and integrated Google search. Additionally, the recent updates to fixed and reflowable layouts were impressive.
I also found its content management system (Kotobee Library) to be secure and easy to use. And I like that Kotobee offers packages tailored to different needs, from educational institutions to authors.
What specific aspect of your ebook are you most proud of?
I’m especially glad that I could easily combine videos, illustrations, and text on a single page. The integration of 3D interactive visualizations and models also brings the content to life, making it an engaging experience for our readers.
